Firefox/internet explorer close when ever i try to download something.

ok. I don't know if it has anything todo with the antivirus but when ever i try to download azureus from azureus site my firefox/IE just close.

Here is a hijackthis log. you will see what programs is runing and what is causeing my problem.

O ya. I configed my computer to be able to display chinese characters. But for somereason when i try to download a chinese Torrent the file's name does not show up. All i see is all these dots and points. Does anybody know is there any settings i need to change? It use to be fine but after the windows reinstall it just not working. <---------- I am not asking about Bittorrent, just how to set up some language options in my computer.
