Firefox is funny.

On my main rig firefox is acting strange. I can't save bookmarks or anything like that. I can't use the quick search in the upper right corner (it says i have no search engins saved and will not let me add any.)
I tryed to un install and reinstall and it didn't work.
I deleated some of the reg keys and then reinstalled and it didn't work but i might have missed a key or too.
Any help is appreciated at this point it's just a pain.

Is this the new Beta or the older version? I'm having the exact same thing going on with the Older version so I downloaded the Beta 1 version and have not any issues since.
