firefox new tab

When I open a new tab in firefox, it just comes up with a blank white screen. Is there a way to make it open my homepage instead?

Wouldnt work with the Ctrl + T function though, or just middle clicking on the tab bar which is what i think our friend here is looking for.

Although it wont let me click on the link munkyeetr posted, i think its probably because of the school's restrictions, try it and see if it helps.
