Firefox problem

Im running the latest version of firefox and have a problem with it. I keep getting this message, "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system". I DO have it closed out but still get this message. Anybody know whats going on here? Thanks.

end firefox.exe in task manager?

Ok what is going on is that you have recently closed up your firefox window and you tried to open another one in less than probably 5 seconds top. When you closed it the first time it takes a bit time till it closes in the task manager and then in few seconds you can open a new one again. I am experiencing the same problem. You just have to wait probably like 10 seconds and then you can open it again without this message showing up.
