Firefox Problem

whenever I visit a website. Some websites show all the images as broken images. And all the the links I click on don't do anything except say done at the bottom. Help me!

tools > options > web features > and make sure the load images is ticked

um.. Norton. I think it has something to do with it. I'll mess with it.

try lowering the security level i think it is. something like that anyway

It can't be Norton cause it's never been this severe and Norton has always been on. I tryed halting the worm protection to see if that would help but no. I'm starting to get mad cause now I can't view MySpace. lol.

try turning norton off quickly then. just to rule out if it is it

Get rid of Norton and install something decent such as Zonealarm or Sygate.

turned off Norton. still no change. I tryed another browser and didn't change anything either.

the pics you are trying to veiw might not be on the server or corrup for that web site. there is nothing wrong with your computer. you can email the webmaster and tell them the problem you have with some of thouse images.

ya but almost every pic on the website is broken. And it also happens with ebaums world and other websites. But on select websites, there perfect with no problems. And don't forget that whenever I click on a link, it doesn't do anything and says done at the bottom.

Can you try re-installing IE? I know you can't fully remove it from Windows, but there is a way to get it all back to default settings and set it up again.

MySpace is ALWAYS down, and i mean ALWAYS. About every 30 seconds they shut it down for "temporary maintenance" on something. If the pics work, the blogs are down, if the blogs wirk, the profiles are down, if the profiles work, the comments sections is down....i hate that site.

Toot rue, i wouild like to see there server up-time stata, something like 50% up. Not really a good test or benchmark to go by is it, try something like google or yahoo, something stable with reliable servers and something which is proven to work properly on all browsers.
