Firefox problem

It won't open!!! I even re-installed it and nothing got better. It won't open but when I bring up the task manager, the firefox.exe is running. Any ideas why this is happening?

hmm try the following steps
1) End the firefow processes in taksman
2) Delete the C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Mozilla folder.
3) Try loading it again

as a note in future, the error is know problem. If it happens again you could be more specific in you fix. Locate the file prefs.js (in the same folder i listed in post #2) and remove the line:

user_pref("general.useragent.override"...
