Well, since I can't figure out how to get chrome off my SSD, I settled and got firefox. I got a couple questions, though. Anyway to kinda customize it so it is kinda like chrome? As in, home button to the left between back and the URL bar, when you right click the first option is open new tab, and anyway to make it so it opens multiple tabs when it starts? And any other secrets or cool things about it? Thanks.

Movable Firefox Button

You can open up several tabs and then tell Firefox that you want all the tabs to be your Home page. In the home page dialog, you just separate the different websites with a pipeline character (|), if I remember correctly.

You can customize the toolbars any way you like, just right-click on a toolbar and select Customize. Removing unwanted items is a matter of grabbing the item and dropping it into the Customize dialog page. Move the buttons wherever you want them to be, the above link allows you to move the otherwise fixed Firefox button (you get this button if you turn off the Menu bar).

As of version 4 (we're on 5 going to 6 this month) you can pin tabs to your desktop, so you have icons representing sites you go to often.

The Menu Editor plugin allows you to customize your right-click menu.

Oh, that's what the customize thing does. Very nice. And somehow, it fixed the "open in new tab" issue by itself. It's like it's listening...

And I wish I could have the three pages open when I open FF, but not when I hit the home button.

be sure to check out the add-ons in Firefox most of them are brilliant. Have a look at an add-on called "adblock plus" download and install it and you will never see an ad on a site again.

Yeah, I had adblock for Chrome and I got it for FF right away. I looked through there but didn't see much I needed.
