Firewall Prob. with Emule and Local Network

Hello there. New to the forum, I hope I'll find my answer here.

I've got problems with my internet protection, my computer is somewhat "over protected".
I use windows xp, zone alarm 7 for firewall and NOD 32 for Antivirus.
My Router is ECI's B-Focus 270pr, configured as a router and along with an Ethernet Switch supplies Internet connection for 2 computers.

The problem is, I can't find a way to share my shared folders and printer with the other computer in my local network and can't find a way to get high id on emule.
I DO know how to open ports on the router and how to set a local network.
I can see the other computer's shared folders, but not the other way around.
The emule on the other computer got high id after I opened ports in the router, but my computer havn't.
The only difference I can think of is my Zonealarm (the other computer doesn't have it), but I tried to disable it and...nothing..
Ports check on emule shows blocked ports. On the other computer it shows open ports.

So, bottom line, I can't find a way to disable everything that blocks ports and protect my computer in such a way that selected ports will be opened, and that other computers on my local network will be able to see my shared folders.

Hope I was clear enough and supplied enough information. If you have q's, please ask, I need an answer...

Thx a lot!!!:D

Well for one, remove your managed switch and use the router's built in switch and see if you can file and print share. If you are over managed you could have the machines on different VLANs or something strange.
