yes Your MOBO is Intel and your CPU is AMD? and if this is for gaming 8600GT usnt the best but if its budget ut will do. as for the MOBO and CPU do u want intel or AMD?

I put together a build for myself that is around 980 usd that included a 9600gt and intel q9300 if you're interested.
 
You can only get one rebate by the way...

I forgot my build didn't include a HDD cuz I have extra ones laying around. So total without a HDD is 981.92 usd. 51 bucks for a Seagate 120 GB. But there's also 55 dollars in Mail-in-Rebates to consider. Hope this helps.
