I will be building my first system soon and want to make sure everything is compatible and will work well together. I plan on using the computer for mostly gaming, FSX, CoD4, and any other computer-related tasks. Is this everything I need?

Yes.

For your budget ($200) for GPU, you either get HD3850/ 8800GT 256MB (better IMO).

And you probably don't need a floppy drive nowadays, may be pay a litter more to get one with card reader
