Hi, I am currently working on my first build, with a budget of $600-$700. I have ran into a problem though, as I thought the power supply I owned would be sufficient, but apparently not. I want my pc to be extremely powerful and fully upgradeable. Here are my parts so far, all canadian links.

Anyway, if anyone has any recommendations for a good sized psu that would fit my budget or anyway I can lower my overall cost without losing any performance, I would appreciate it.

With AMD systems you will have to manually setup your RAM speed/voltage/timings if it is anything faster than 1333mhz. Which isn't too hard.

Have a look at the Corsair VX-550 for that build.
