First build... Will this work?

Any opinions on the following combo? This would be my first build. Being a novice, I'm not sure this will even work in terms of compatibility. I'm building this as a digital audio workstation for recording and production. It won't be for gaming so I didn't think I needed a high-end video card. Incidentally, I already have a good sound/recording card. Anyway, thanks for everyone's input.

1. Id drop the Toledo for theAMD Athlon64 X2 4200[Manchester(BH-E4), S939, ADA4200DAA5BV], the price-performance delta isnt worth it

2.PQI Turbo 2x512 [email protected] can be had for $83.74

3. You cam get anequivalent/slightly-superior harddrive for $15 less

4. Any reason for the unbalanced videocard?

I think I screwed up with that choice of video card. Apparently it won't work with the mobo. I'm really not familiar with video card specs so that choice was kind of random. Thanks for your advice.

Correct, the AGP card there wont work with the PCIE connectors but regardkess that videocard is incredibly dated :)

that 4400+ wuld be a huge bottleneck with that videocard. but since ur not gaming i wuld go with maybe a 6600gt that wuld slightly even out ur system for cheap.

You mean the videocard would bottleneck the CPU right? :)

but since ur not gaming i wuld go with maybe a 6600gt
Well if no gaming then the 7000 (were it to work in PCIE land of course) would be perfect as theres no need to spend money on a gaming card

well i was kinda intending that the entire pc wuld be a bottleneck with that videocard but i probably phrased it wrong.

Agreed however, as mentioned in post1, the box wont be used for gaming so there's not a whole lot of reason to push money into the videocard area :)
