Forever man, ever since my parents got their Dell I always took it apart when they weren't home.... about 8 years or so.... still don't know everything though, there is so much to learn! Good luck tih your first build though! Took me 7 hours and a couple asprin to get mine working, I ran into so many problems...

Oh and BTW, that is a woefully underpowered video card you got there... I'd go with a X600 or X700....

Well, If you need more cash I'd drop the Pentium Dual core and just get a 3.4 GHz Extreme Edition and use the extra cash to buy a nice graphics card.

Extreme edition is much deerer and yes it is a D/C .... just wondering Intel Xeon what would they be used for? wohould it be better than a pemtium D ( Xeon : http://tofftech.com/index.asp?display=product_details&type=product&id=18924 )?

Intel Xeons are for networking, like at a buisness, the have servers run by those processors, not for home use though...
