First gaming computer, check the specs

Hello, I honestly have no idea what I am looking for in a gaming computer and I am on a budget. I'm currently running a dell straight from the magazine with a Geforce 7600 GS video card, and 2x2 gb ram, the rest is stock. Me and a friend have been using an ebay website to try and put an affordable computer together and this is what we came up with. Now my budget is around 800, not counting an OS, the system below runs about $823. The only game I play right now is WoW, which has relatively low system requirements, but I want to be running at 60+ FPS at all times. Will this system do that? and is a system like this worth $800? I know I'm losing money not building it myself, but like I said I am very dumb when it comes to computers, I just play them : )

Here's a link to the website, if you want to check it out maybe you can build something better for cheaper! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=400049721502&refid=store

Also if anyone had any idea of what OS I should get with a rig similar to that, and if at all possible keep it under $100.

Thanks for the help, I'm looking to purchase this weekend, so quick replies would be helpful. : )

"but like I said I am very dumb when it comes to computers, I just play them : )"

if you can try building it yourself, you can save $ and have a better computer compared to the specs you listed. its merely plug-n-play [well, not play but haha] simple as putting part A & B together. PLUS, you got this forum to help you w/ any problems. and there's step-by-step guides in the net. so if you wanna build it, can get some part-suggest :D

Sounds ok but as sedah said, build it yourself, so easy to do with all the guides on the net, think the hardest thing to do is install you OS lol
