How much does the cpu lifetime loose? about?
There is not rule how much will your over clocked cpu live. Maybe will die tomorrow :D maybe never . Go to your first computer service and they will tell you the same . But general reason of dieing cpus is over clocking.
I know this because I worked in computer service .

The very early death of a CPU is caused by ignorant overclocking, not our type of overclocking FYI .. Most problems are caused by heat and instability. As long as you know what your doing and don't ratchet up the voltage like a maniac and keep the system stable you won't kill your chip.

A Good overclock may remove a year or two off a decade lifespan, which is the average life of a CPU.
