Hi,

Can anyone confirm wether or not these parts will actually work together and if they are worth spending £600 pounds on for my first build.

i would suggest you look into MSI and DFI as makes for motherboards but the board you've picked there is also very nice. just note however that you are paying a premium for ahving a sli board there (the ASUS on you picked)... if you dont forsee youself running in sli mode then dont bother with the additional expense of the sli board and just get a board based on the nForce4ultra chipset (what is sli?
