First PC Build

([OLD]I have done some research and tweaked my build after posting it on numerous sites and adjusting to peoples comments, but this time I think I have it. I have tweaked it to a great price with what I think are fairly decent parts. I really don't want to go over $800 but I can be flexible up to probable $850 and I still need to get a mouse and keyboard. If you have an idea on what I should change would you mind giving a brief reason why, this is just to weasel out the people that think they know what their talking about because they saw it on YouTube. I can't wait for your feedback!
Also I need a different motherboard because the one I currently chose dose not have inboard USB 3.0 headers which is what my case requires plus I read a fair amount of bad reviews against it. Thanks.)

I have taken some of the ideas given and changed a few things so if you would, please review it and tell me what you think. Thanks

I personally don't like the thermaltake case, but that down to personal taste...

^ i agree with cisco

He picked memory with cas of 8. Thats why its a little high but its the same price at newegg. If he wants that particular set then thats his choice.
