First Startup...

Okay, i just got done wiring everything and finishing my build. When i start up the PC the mobo beeps and the PC turns on. After a few seconds it goes straight to a black screen displaying the message "Reboot and select proper boot device or put media in the boot device and press any key." I don't know what to do now :/ Any help is greatly appreciated!

You have to install windows first. You are getting that message because there are no boot files on the hard drive to boot into an operating system. Throw the operating system install cd into the cdrom drive and boot to it to install windows.
