To start up a new business to service machines you would certainly want to have some degree of formal training to meet customer satifaction. Once you started taking in repair, upgrade, software installations/reinstalls. whatever you are then responsible for the results. Plus you have to stay updated on the various changes in new technologies. Without training and experience you would then want to hire someone who could perform the services indicated to see a favorable outcome along with a good rep.

no. i doubt it. like previously stated, you need a good amount of background and other neccessities to it. yes you can open it, but all these other things that come in to play like advertising, softwares, etc...
Two main things with any new startup business is working capital along with the background in management as well as a working technical knowledge that your customer base can then idenitfy with. Promotional expenses will certainly chew into the initial resources fast until earnings are seen to cover all those expenses as well. It's always a "big gamble" in that sense to startup a new business and see to it last.
