Fix This Problem And Get An Xbox 360

why is it just after my computer starts, i load the internet explorer pops and im surfing the internet with no lag for the first 10 mins then after that i start to experience lagish web pages. it starts to load the page and pauses for about a second then loads the page i got pissed off with it so i downloaded another browser to see what the problem was, it couldn't be my internet connection because im running a T1 connection…… anyway i download mozilla fox and it works with no lag the pages load without the annoying pause. i have cleaned my system with spyware programs and checked for any viruses my computer is as clean as a whistle i have also checked my firewall to see if it may be blocking anything to do with internet explorer but nothing seems out of the ordinary. so what could the problem be?
