Flash blank pages

Hi,

I lost an entire day of work, trying to figure it out why IE6 wouldn't open a blank page when a link was pressed in a dinamic text box in a Flash Movie. As a last resource, I tried MOZILLA and it worked. So, something is blocking the flash code. Does anyone knows what it is and how to deactivated? There's no popup blocker in my Windows XP, as far as I know.

Kind regards,

You may be able to set IE6 to open a new window for every page. But, I would use Firefox a newer version of mozilla. Firefox is way better than IE6. Less security flaws, ease of use, tabbed browsing, extensions. I would really just use firefox.

well to start off ie no matter how many versions they get it still sucks and you can get virus's and spyware and all that good stuff really easy i would recommend firefox 1.5. ie likes to try to fix broken code on its own and trys to get it working like it is intended and when doing that ie often messes the code up. is this just doing this just on one website or have you tryed other ones and the same result? i highly highly recommend using firefox ie is just plain horriable.
