I have no idea what half your statement said. The only part I could understand was the part about needing help with a flash drive and it saying to insert a disk into the drive, in that case did you try plugging in the flash drive?
i got a feeling he like has a shortcut on his desktop or somthing to it in which case the above two are right it needs to be plugged in before the shortcut will work
