Flash Problem with my computer..

Hai...
I want to ask something, why is my computer sudenly have a lag when dealing with flash like facebook game or moving flash picture in a website, the one who have high proces is plugin container.exe,
btw im runing in windows xp profesional sp3, and my spec is (according to dxdiag) Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00 Ghz (2CPUs), using 1270MB DDR1 RAM, and use 256MB GeForce 6600...

it is something wrong with my computer?
becoz my friend have same spec with me but dont have a problem like me, the only difrent is my friend use DDR2 RAM....

unfortunately im already using latest adobe flash player, ^^"
well someone say to me that i must add an additional ram or change my vga to a higher spec..
well nothing i can do,ill consider it for that..

Please follow my instructions as you may have a flash issue and you need to uninstall it and then reinstall it using the procedure I posted.
 
Hai sir....im already do what you say im download the uninstaller program and download latest program from the link that you provide, but still no luck, lag stil coming when i play facebook game..even watching flash streaming such youtube.
sir,is it becouse my computer runing on DDR1 or becoz my vga or something?
iam planing to change my board so that can suport DDR2 ram, but i still doubt, can you sugest something to me?

i change my video card and lag never come again...
