flashlight off

I have HP laptop, and I want to turn the flashlight/led off when i am using the camera.
I'll appreciate any help.

I've seen this before with a Dell notebook.

I believe there's a way to do it through the camera settings in your OS.

Otherwise, a piece of electrical tape would help cover it up
