Flaw to venice 3500+?

is there some sort of flaw in the venice 3500+ athlon 64? for some reason I get a bad feeling about this processor. It seems a lot of people are either returning it or selling this processor, am I just being paranoid?

That is a great processor. Great for most everyday apps. Did you read the reviews? They were great. Go for it.

I OC'ed mine to 2.6GHz with no problems, nice CPU in my oppinion. Didn't need to increase the vcore, so that's a good sign. I actually think the vcore is lower, or so it seems atleast.
