Floppy Cable?

hey, im using my floppy round cable that came with my motherboard and it doesnt seem to fit into the fdd slot correctly, it fits in but doesnt hold and just falls out. It goes into the drive ok but not the board..?

Does the cable have a little "nubbin" that shows which way to put it in?

it only fits in one way, but doesnt hold in. these are the leads that came with the mobo.

yea, try turning the whole cable around....plug the end u have been try on the mobo into the drive and the other end into the mobo

youre shure you tried it on the fight plce (im not saying your stupid )
anyway, if it falls of, look into the cable if the metal connectors are actually inside.. because it couble be a miss production, that you only have the plasic ends on the cable, but without the connectors inside

i got an asaka round floppy cable and it fit like a glove, stupid msi.
