hi,

i have a little knowledge n networking,i am nt a computer tech. i set-up internet n our office and bcoz our electricity here has a problem,we always expecienced fluctuation and it damage our computer,also our internet connection.

i uplink 3 hub,we also have a problem n printing.i need sum advice on how to set-up stable networking here.thanks
 
you need UPS battery backups for your PCs. They have a battery inside plus they filter your power line.
what type of internet connection do you have ? dial up, broad band , T1 ?

What is the make and model of your router, what OS's are you running ?
do you have a server, domain or peer to peer ?

your building owner should also be liable for repair costs
