FM transmitter for Mp3

I got an mp3 player for Christmas, and now I want to get an FM transmitter for use in the car (I will be driving in September) and also for indoor use on my big stereo. There are three things I want in it:

First, quality (as always)

Second, I want it to be a direct plug-in to the lighter of the car (as in this picture)

Third, I would like it to work with batteries as well, so it won't be limited to the car. The one above is great, except it only works in the lighter.

If you guys could help me with this, it would be great :D
 
My bro has the one above and the quality is great, but ya no batteries. I havent seen any with batteries but I'll keep a keen eye out for any. But if you cant find any, that one there is a good choice.
 
Well i know you can definatly make a cigerate adapter. I did it for my psp and it runs off of 2x 9v batterys, theres probly tutorials on the nets
