Is this a program for photo editing? If you are looking for a good one to make the focus/blur effects, then you might want to try the Adobe Photoshop, it can this and many more effects.

Yeah it is a very good program Photoshop is very nice to and easy to use. I would suggest looking at Google to see if there are any more programs of this type

I have PhotoShop CS and am a avid user of the program just as I was with PhotoShop 4, 5.5 and 7 in the past. I also know how to use search engines. Focus Magic by Acclaim Software is a program unlike anything in PhotoShop (in fact, it is a PhotoShop plug-in). My question submitted to the forum was "Is "FocusMagic" the only program of it's type?". I was hopping the to able to have a selection of like programs to choose from before I buy one.
