Folder comes back from recycle bin

I don't know why, but there is a folder named directory in my "my folders" and everytime I start my computer, the folder updates windows or something. When windows is starting there is a window in right upper corner of the screen that says something like this:

Updating Windows
C:\directory\CyberCate\windowsupdate\Update.exe

(Updating lasts about 10 minutes so it's annoying)
When the Windows is started and I open that folder there is nothing inside it. I have used the Windows seach but it doesn't find anything. And when I try to delete the folder it just comes back.

Is there any way that I can block the folder to appear or block the updating?

Edit: Problem NOT solved, it's back again!

Then click on fix checked at the bottom. I would also suggest stopping some of those asus utilities that run on bootup, but not knowing what you use and don't use, i didn't put them in my list to remove.

You also have ask software installed, you need to go into add/remove programs and uninstall it. Other than that, your log looks ok.
