Folder Config Files?

By default, the junk scanner tool of System Ninja doesn't scan Folder Config Files for junk files. Should I set it to scan them?

someone correct me if im wrong,but arent configuration files to do with the system?if so i wouldnt touch them.

I never delete the config files in System Ninja. Just leave them along -- they config shit. LOL
