Folder creator

I am looking for a program that can automatically generate new folders. I have a lot of music (mp3s) that want to divide into folders based on artist and album. All of my files are named in the same format: Artist – Album – Track – Title. (All of the ID tags are correct also.) Is there a program that I can use that will create a folder for each artist, then create a sub-folder for each album (within the artist) and then finally move the file into that sub-folder? Thanks.

audio base does excatly what you're looking for (basic free version)

Any idea where I can find audio base? I couldn't google it.

i searched also, all i found was: "http://www.trackerv3.com/" but that's not the same
