folder location of internet video

When I play movies inthe internet like youtube.com it saves those movie files in a folder so that I can replay those movies, my question is....where is that folder located? is there a software i can use so that I can convert those files into a video file like mpeg

for me, all the temp stuff is saved in:

My Computer-->Local Disk-->DOcuments and settings-->Kuz-->local settings-->Temporary Internet Files
