Folder Option cant be seen...

hi to all masters in the forum. im new here.:)

I need help. My loptap computer COMPAQ Presario R300 folder option cant be seen. How can I bring it back? My computer detected several viruses and its all been deleted.

are you sure ALL* has been deleted ?.as far as i know theres a virus which causes this !!!..i forgot the name but make sure you have a virus checker for the registry also, trojans,worms and so on.
If you are very sure theres no more viruses then i suggest you repair you OS installation.
 
Yes all viruses has been deleted. The virus that has been detected was lsass.exe, i dont know what it is but it is at C:\WINDOWS\system\lass.exe

I used AVG anti-virus.

Is thier any other solution available than repairing my OS like download or something?
