For Adminstrators Only !

i bought a used laptop..and iam logging in as Administrator...but when Iam trying to access some points like regedit or trying to access an internet...a message reveals that the administrator prevents me from doing that...how can i make a full acess for everything?...in otherwords...to go back for normal mode

What OS are you using?

If you are logging in as Administrator under the local machine and not on a domain, there is no reason you would get that message.
