for speed?

Im thinking about buying a 10000rpm Western digital Rapter. I hear the drivers are very fast and thats all I will really need to get my computer up there... Good or bad drive for speed?
 
I got a 200G SATA drive if you'd like a good, large one ;) Come on, I really would like to sell it, and it's practically new!

Anyway, Raptor drives are great and they do scream. VERY VERY fast drives. I hear the faster drives spin the shorter their lifespan is...however, I beleive all Raptor drives come with a 5 year warrenty.
