I found this great add-on for FireFox yesterday.

It allows you to control your media player from your browser, like changing the volume, pause/play, forward/back, and much more...

You can also get skins for it if you don't like the default one :)

It supports: WMP 8/9/10/11, iTunes, WinAMP, AOL Radio, foobar200, Yahoo! Music Engine 1... Too see the full list: http://www.foxytunes.com/firefox/supportedPlayers.html

Just thought I'd share this with you guys, as I find this very useful and easy to use.

You can control anything that is playing on your media player.:)
 
that plugin has been around for a while... its like one of the most popular plugins for firefox...
its good tho... i used to have it, i didn't like it much, but that is just me... u ppl have fun with it

If its installed click the little orange musical note and goto player then select which player you want to control. :)

Can I ask why you didn't like it? It's easily accessible, not too horrible looking, works fine, has lots of features and is compatible with practically any media player...
