Forgot email on Apple iPad need to factory restore

Hello all,

I have a Apple iPad 4, It was linked to a gmail account that has gotten deleted. I have started factory restore on it due to it was over crowed with apps and files I wanted to start fresh, How ever it still wants me to log in with the password from the old email account witch I have forgot. How can I erase that old email account that's stuck in there so I can start 100% fresh? Thanks mush.
 
You will need to contact Apple, as you will most likely need a new apple ID and only they can help you.
