I dont think we are allowed to help on these kind of questions but there are utilites out there on the internet that will do what you need to do.

nope. need to reinstall.

Well, of course its possible, but then you will need to enter the field of cracking. And thats hardly legal here. Your passwords are stored in a SAM file, now you know, so time to google mate! ;)

EDIT: As i come to think of it there are easier offline tools you can use, have seen some, but dont remember their name sorry. Google

Dont you just boot in safe mode where there will be a administrator account. If you go on that then you can change passwords etc

You can only do that if your administrator account aint password protected.

how would i be able to install when i cannot even log into the computer?

The point is to either reset or recover your admin password first. You dont need windows access, only physical accesss, to do that. ;)

Ah here we go.

well simply u can log onto admin account in normal mode just press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and the welcome screen will disappear and a logon will come out
change the username to administrator and u will be lucky if it's not password protected

and u can change the password without any tools but i tell u what it's much easier to reinstall.. to fresh things up

Looked at the ERD Commander tool, you need to fill in credit card info to download. That kills the fun. So i found a utility here that should do the trick

NTRecovery

Download it and burn it as an ISO image on a cd. Boot the cd, set BIOS if the cd doesnt boot. It will allow you to change your password(s).
