I will describe the sequence:
1. I couldn't copy some files from my hard drive
2. I ran WD diagnostic check and it failed (both the quick and the deep scan) due to bad sectors
3. The chckdsk didint find any problem
4. I was ready to throw the HD
5. format it
6. ran the diagnostic toll again
7. it pass.
how is it possible?

When you format a drive it's marks all bad sectors as unusable. That's why it doesn't report bad sectors in the diagnostic. Replace the drive when you can. Its just gonna continue to go bad on you.

I ran HARD DISK SENTINAL on the same drive
first result was 13% - I ran a defrag and n the second result it become 52%

I don't believe in throwing without trying to fix and I have a lot of time...so what Im about to upload proves that this software is worth nothing?
cause what it shows is impossible. does it just put some random numbers under the health section?
I never touch the HD or tried to fix it manually.

If a hard drive is bad, there is nothing you can do to fix it.

Test the drive with WD Lifeguard Tools. Third party tools don't always report accurate results.
