I have some old computer games that I cant even run on my computer anymore because they are from the late nineties. I want to be able to use the discs as just blank disc but of course it wont let you delete them because they are write protected I just want blank discs any help appreciated.

You can't format discs that have already been written to and finalized.
You can buy CD-R's for dirt cheap. Those are going out of style anyway. Use a flash drive.
