Forum e-mail notifications ??

Hello everyone, new to the forum so please can you tell me how I would receive e-mail notifications replies to my postings ?, I have it on other forums but can't see how to set it up on here, maybe a moderator could please help with this ?.

Onthe blue bar at the top, click user CP, then edit options. Underneath messaging & notification heading, change Default Thread Subscription Mode to instant email notification.

Thanks Aastii, that has sorted it your a star mate, I can really see these forums being a great help I only wish I knew about it years ago.
