i'm a member of a sports forum which allows a lot of people to come together and mostly discuss english football.
however recently we have had a couple of new members join who have been messing about and generally very childish, currently they are being extremely racist.
They have been banned previously but they are still able to come back as they both have a dynamic IP.
My question is does anyone know a work around this to ban them permanantly.
I'm not actually a mod myself but ould possibly pass the info on....
the board itself is the sky sports forum in case you want to see it, not sure what forum program they use, seems to be hosted by dubit limited.
