I need to forward all packets going to port 80 to port 8080, which is the port of my server. How can I do this?

I have a Switch but I don't know how to access it. I have no idea what is it's IP. It's a D-Link DES-1005D. Is it possible I have no router? I share an internet connection on a WLAN. My modem is a ZyXEL P650-ME.

I have no router, but a switch. I can't remember it's IP (does it have one? can you configure a switch?). Thats all. So how can I forward those packets?
