Found 3 good 7900GS, which one?

Yeah i have the same mobo, i would get the foxconn for the price and it is clocked at 560mhz as the evga is clocked at 500mhz. I doubt you would tell a difference but i do like EVGA for graphic cards over most brands.
 
If the Foxconns cheaper and clocked alittle higher then go for it.

If you plan to upgrade your card within three months get the evga. They allow you to trade your old card in (within the 90 days) for full credit to a new card. Handy.
 
Heh, yeah. It's called "Step-Up". I thought that's why you recommended them but I guess it was just their reputation for quality cards. (Which I can backup) :)
 
Yeah i remember hearing that before and thats a realy good thing to know your able to do. But ya it was because of their reputation lol.
 
BOTH! Vram can be just as important as Core clock in some games;). If Vram didn't matter the 768mb 8800ULTRA should have been a 32mb 8800ULTRA;)
 
alright so if they are equal important, the Foxconn has a higher Core Clock and the XFX has a higher memory clock, which is the better choice? i dont mind paying $15 more dollars if the XFX is better... & I've ruled out the EVGA because it had the lesser specs of the three.
 
ya i despise noisy fans, the stupid 6600 im running has a constant loud fan. but again, the foxconn has a higher core clock and the XFX has the higher memory clock, which of the clocks would give a better reason to buy?

Thankfully this one only kicks in when 3D is heavily in use i.e. gaming and then you turn the sound up anyway so it's mostly drowned out.

I think you'll be happy no matter which one of those you choose.
 
go with the foxxcon samething just differnt brands. and better core so ya i guess thats the best choice out of the 3, i wpuld also check the dba on the sound, but if the foxconn is to loud you can always get a aftermarket fan
