FPS DROPS!!!! PLSS HELP !!!!!

So about week ago i was able to play any game without fps drops of course on high and all run good until last night evrything started fps dropping runned tests and checked temperatures evrything is normal but when i play game lets say league of legends 180 fps on high and suddenly it drops to 10 for 10-20 seconds then after 2-3 minutes its starts fps dropping again someone plss help me solve this!!!! its soo annoying!!!!
My Specs
Intel Pentium Dual Core 3,4 ghz
8gb of ram
Gt 630 2 Gigabytes GPU
160 ATA HDD and 4 TB SATA HDD
on either of those it doesnt fix it + something is happening and i cant detect my SATA HDD Lately i dont know whats the problem !!!
CAN RUN BF4 AT HIGH With 50fps

The system is indeed older, the gpu may be overheating and crapping out, it could just be a sign that its end is near, and upgrading at this point makes no sense.
