FPS-how to get higher on DoD

Is there a way i change change the max cap on Frams per second on day of defeat? I stay constand between 59.0 and 60.9 I want to go higher :P I know my syster can, I'm oretty sure its the game limiting it, when on the menu screens and stuff it starts limiting it to 30, and in game 60. Any help?
