FPS issues.

Hi,
I have been having an issue with my fps in games. Depending on what game i am playing, from WoW to LoL, i will experience about 5-10 minutes of solid 30 fps followed by 5-10 minutes of around 3 fps. I did some research and all i could really come up with is that my pc might be overheating. I popped it open and checked the temps and everything seems to be about average. I used to have a similar problem which was easily solved by pulling it out of the cabinet and letting it cool down but that doesn't appear to be the case this time around. Any suggestions? I'll try mostly anything besides reformatting my disk simply because i share this computer with my parents. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

AMD Phenom 11x4 quad core processor
8Gb DDR3 System memory
1 TB hard drive
NVIDIA GeForce 9100 graphics card
64 bit windows 7

And i have dealt with the fps drop before but the previous time it was simply because my pc was overheating and this time it isn't.

Are you sure it is not overheating, have you checked the temps in software and also by physically touching components in your case particularly the gpu.

yea lemme download it. Also i'd like to mention, there is no spike in ping. For example playing battlefield 2, i will stay at 40-50 ping the whole game but my framerate will go from 30 to 5 every 5-10 minutes

When i google for your gpu it all refers to laptop integrated graphics.

Is this a laptop or desktop and integrated graphics or dedicated card ?

Well your system temps do seem to be a bit high in general, what kind of cooling do you have.

1.Do you have a stock cpu cooler ?

2. Do you have any case fans ?

i have 2 fans in there one that came with it and one that a buddy gave to me and i stuck it in there. Theres no dust or anything

I would certainly start by checking all your drivers are up to date, also apply new thermal paste to your processor use a quality paste like arctic silver.
