OK Quick Question!! If someone have 2 7900gtx and low end processor like lets say amd mid 3000+ 1.8ghz example would that affect your FPS. Like What FPS COunts on? Just the videocard or the processor as well.

Ok lets say i have installed the 4000+ or the x2 3800+ would my FPS increase if i installed fx 60?

Why get 4000+ or x2 3800+ and not fx60? what are the possibilities with fx 60 besides unlocked multiplier..

why would you ever want 300fps in a game? And no don't get the fx60, biggest waste of money ever. Get a X2 4600 or something, alot cheaper, and close to the performance of fx 60.

close to nothing, its clocked at 2.6ghz, and is essentially a x2 5000+ for AM2.

The most FPS you need in any game is 70 or 80 FPS since that's around how many FPS the eye can detect. 300 is just for bragging rights which really doesn't mean anything except that you have money to spend.

yea, you won't notice the difference form 80 to 300 fps. you just can't tell the difference.

Thanks for the tip Guyz!!! The reason I said this because i was getting 143 fps in CS SOURCE AND I heard the game can go up to 300 max.. So thats why i asked..
