I am a gamer and I have watched several videos on YouTube where I've seen a sort of "FPS Counter" at the top right of the screen that displays the users FPS. Does anyone know what this program is and where I can find it?
You can use Fraps, Msi Afterburner, or EVGA Precision (Afterburner and Precision are like the same thing btw.) In Afterburner and Precision just make sure you enable framerate in the On-screen Display tab.
